Exeter Athletic will be heading to North Tawton on Easter Saturday, April 20th, for the Devon RFU Junior Cup Final.  With Exeter Athletic being newbies to the competition, and North Tawton not having not having won the cup since the season of 1956/1957, it’s all to play for!

North Tawton are Devon One champions with Athletic coming runners up. During the league campaign both teams have won at each others ground so this is the decider. North Tawton will be favourites with home advantage and a fine season behind them but Athletic are looking to the challenge. A win on Saturday would be a third success in the competition in the last 9 seasons for Athletic (previously won as Wessex before this seasons merger).

It would be a fine achievement to win the cup as reward for the hard work put in this season by players and coaches but should it not be our day we will have a further opportunity the following weekend...
